Our farm has been set up to support and service the local community. We aim to ensure that all of our offering can be accessed by people of all abilities. We have a selection of experiences available: alpaca & goat walking experience and our new African Meerkat & Owl Experience. All experiences are hands on with the animals and you need to be pre-booked online prior to visiting. You can book tickets by clicking the "Book Tickets' button above.

❓ Do I have to book in advance, or can I just turn up?
All visits must be booked in advance.
We do not allow walk-ins. You can book all sessions directly through our website by clicking the 'book tickets' button at the top of the page

🐾 Can I come and see the animals, or do you only offer experiences?
We only offer alpaca & goat walking sessions, meerkat experiences, coming soon donkey and pony walking, and Farmer for the Day sessions.
We are not open for general animal viewing, and all experiences must be pre-booked.

🎟 My dad wants to come but doesn’t want to walk an alpaca. Is there a spectator ticket?
We do not offer spectator tickets.
Everyone on-site must have a valid ticket, even if they wish not to directly participate in the activity.

👶 My child wants to walk an alpaca but I don’t — do I still need a ticket?
Yes.
All guests require a valid ticket, including accompanying adults.
Children aged 5 and under require 1:1 adult supervision to walk an alpaca, so if you’re booking for young children, make sure you have enough adults to supervise.

🧑🦽 I’m a carer for someone — do I need a ticket?
We offer free carer tickets (with proof of carer status).
Carers do not walk the animals, as they’ll need to focus on supporting the individual in their care.
How to claim a carer ticket:
1. Book the ticket(s) for the individual(s) attending.
2. Email us at 📩 info@nannysharonsalpacafarm.co.uk with:
• Your booking confirmation
• Proof of carer status
We’ll add the carer ticket manually.

🦽 I want to do the alpaca & goat walk, but I’m in a wheelchair.
We have free mountain trikes (off-road adapted wheelchairs) available for use, for guests who can transfer.
🚨 Weight limit: 15 stone (approx. 95kg)

♿ I’m a wheelchair user and cannot transfer — can I still take part?
Absolutely! Please email us and we’ll arrange a modified session that doesn’t require walking.
